Dr. Jennifer Rumping

Dr. Rumping is from Cincinnati and grew up in White Oak. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a BS in Biology, BA in Psychology and MS in Biological Sciences. After UC, she worked for Procter and Gamble for several years before going back to school at The Ohio State University where she earned her DVM in 2003. Her family raised and showed Boxers since she was a little girl and she still enjoys competitive dog showing in conformation, obedience, barn hunt, and rally. Dr. Rumping is a member of the Greater Cincinnati Boxer Club, Queen City Dog Training Club, The American Boxer Club, Cincinnati Veterinary Medical Association, Ohio Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Veterinary Medical Association. Other interests include travel, wine tastings, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Rumping purchased Oak Crest Animal Hospital in 2007 after working in a companion animal hospital and doing relief work for several years. She loves being in a small practice so she can focus on her patients and their individual needs. She enjoys seeing puppies and kittens grow and develop into adults and has a special fondness for the senior pets.
Currently, she owns 5 Boxers including a senior rescue dog.
